We worked with London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI) and nine London boroughs to investigate how we can support local authorities to procure cyber-resilient smart services. We provided a method to assess and manage operational risks right from the procurement of IoT based infrastructure for Smart London projects. We provided a supply-chain assurance tool and key recommendations to translate plethora of available guidance into practical steps that boroughs can take to protect smart services from cyber and physical disruptions.
